WAYNETOWN – Mrs. Ouida E. James of Rt. 2, Waynetown died at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday in Culver Hospital where she had been a patient for one day. She is survived by her husband, Orvil James, and a son, David. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at Servies-Thomas Funeral Home at Waynetown. – jlr
